PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for melt molding an inner tube in a duct which of enhances an efficiency of a performing work and strengthens the duct. SOLUTION: The method for melt molding the inner tube in the duct has a tubular interior finishing material 2 made of a polyethylene resin of a sectional C shape having a disconnecting unit 23 in a tube axial direction, inserted into the duct 1; a heating cylinder 3 having a concentric heating passage 33 formed between an inner cylinder 31 and an outer cylinder 32 containing heaters 34 in entire peripheries, supported to an inner surface of the duct 1, towed by a towing means 6 to move in the duct 1; and a radially enlarged molding cylinder 4 extended to a rear end of the inner cylinder 31 in the cylinder 3; and comprises the interior finishing material melting step of heating to sequentially melt the material 2 by moving the cylinder 3 having the material 2 inserted into the passage 33, and the inner tube molding step of radially enlarging to mold the melted interior finishing material 21 by moving the cylinder 4 and sequentially molding an inner tube 22 made of the polyethylene resin on the inner surface of the duct 1.
