PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion for a wheelchair, capable of improving the sitting comfortableness of a seat so that a user does not feel tired even in long-time sitting. SOLUTION: This seat cushion for a wheelchair is mounted on a sheet-like seat stretched between right and left frames of the wheelchair. The seat cushion includes a plate-like cushion material having designated flexibility, and a holding plate which is a plate material formed smaller than the cushion material and fixed to the base of the cushion material and has designated rigidity. The seat cushion for the wheelchair is placed on the seat, and locked on the frames of the wheelchair by the parts projected right and left from the holding plate of the cushion material.
