BODY COOLER AND BODY WARMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body cooler having a high cooling effect, and capable of protecting the body applied part from frostbite due to cooling and pains and damage, and to provide a body warmer having a high warming effect and capable of protecting the body applied part from scald due to heating and pains and damage. SOLUTION: This body cooler has at least a gel layer, a support and a keeping cool material removably mounted on the support in order, and the cooler is used with the gel layer side applied to the body. According to a preferred mode, the gel layer includes a continuous phase of a chemical compound whose thermal conductivity at 280 K is 150/10-3Wm-1K-1or higher. This body warmer has at least a gel layer, a support and a heating element removably mounted on the support in order, and the warmer is used with the gel layer side applied to the body.
