PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill system having a comparatively simple structure, which grill system is prevented from the outflow of flames and the malfunction of a door switch caused by the tilting of a door. SOLUTION: The grill system comprises a grill case 6 to be housed in a system body 1, which grill case has an opening 5 at the front thereof and heaters 25 installed at proper positions therein, a water tray 8 freely and longitudinally extractable from and retractable into the bottom portion of the grill case, a door 7 which is attached to the font end of the water tray to freely open or close the opening and is a little larger than the same, and a control circuit 24 for controlling the energization of a heater, wherein the door 7 is composed of a door body 14 and a glass door 15. The grill system further comprises a door switch 18 mounted in the system body at the peripheral portion of the opening thereof, an insertion hole 17 formed at the peripheral portion of the opening at a position counterposed to the door switch, and an operating portion 20 projecting from the rear surface of the door body at a position counterposed to the insertion hole, so that the operating portion is inserted into the insertion hole to operate the door switch when the door is closed.
