PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold equipped with a temperature adjusting function which is made with less fabrication working time and easily copes with change of shape of the mold, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The mold (1) equipped with a temperature adjusting function includes a temperature adjusting means (2) and an element (3) connected to the temperature adjusting means (2), extending into the mold to adjust the temperature of the mold and made of a material having higher thermal conductivity than the material of the mold. The method of making the mold equipped with the temperature adjusting function includes a step of connecting the element (3) having higher thermal conductivity than the material of the mold to the temperature adjusting means, a step of bonding the temperature adjusting means to a mold frame, a step of injecting a molding material in the mold frame and a step of hardening the material injected into the mold frame.
