<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic ample capable of sucking a chemical directly into a syringe without an injector, and being directly set on an automatic valve of a needle-less blood circuit of a dialysis. <P>SOLUTION: A base plate 5 is formed on a body 2 formed of soft plastic, a first sleeve 8 and a second sleeve 9 are formed at the reduced-diameter tip 7 of a holding plate 6, notch grooves 11, 13, 15 are formed to form a first screw cut part 16 and a second screw cut part 18.
