PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical non-invasion blood sugar level measuring instrument which is miniaturized like a portable blood-collecting type blood sugar measurer, does not require blood-collection and is easy to handle. SOLUTION: The subject system is composed of a plurality of independent mobile measuring elements provided with functions for radiating light, collecting spectrum raw data, sending the raw data by a cellular phone function, receiving blood sugar data acquired by arithmetic processing and displaying a concentration, and a central arithmetic processing element 10 for receiving signals transmitted from the respective mobile measuring elements by a cellular phone function, finding the blood sugar level of every individual by arithmetic processing on the basis of the resulting raw data and transmitting the blood sugar data to each of relevant mobile measuring elements by the cellular phone function.
