PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-channel endoscope capable of accurately and easily conducting a marking treatment or the like by simultaneously using two treating implements. SOLUTION: The two-channel endoscope comprises a curving part 2 bending by a remote operation and provided near a distal end of an inserting part 1, an observation window 4 disposed at a distal end body 3 coupled to the distal end of the part 2, and two treating implement inserting passages 11, 12 disposed in the part 1 to guide the treating implements 51, 52. In this endoscope, one outlet 12a of the two passages 11, 12 is disposed at the body 3, and the other outlet 11a is disposed near a rear end of the part 2. A treating implement erecting piece 20 for controlling a protruding direction of the implement 51 projected from the other outlet 11a by a remote operation is provided at the other outlet 11a part.
