<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sanitating and simplifying the cooling step and the mixing step for a heated material when more than one raw material including the heated material are mixed. <P>SOLUTION: The method for continuously cooling and mixing is characterized by mixing a heated material K with a non-heated material T on a raw material transfer belt 3 consisting of an air-permeable sheet and comprises a device for continuously cooling and mixing, wherein the device comprises an air- permeable raw material transfer belt 3, aerators 10 ventilating the raw material transfer belt 3 and a mixer 9 mixing the heated material K with the non-heated material T on the transfer belt 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
