<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance which is capable of relieving the pain of hernia by cartilage oppression of the cervical vertebra, lumbar vertebra, or the like, more particularly relaxing the muscles of the cervical vertebra and even the muscles of the head, such as the inferior oblique muscles of head, greater posterior straight muscles of head, smaller posterior rectus muscles of head, and superior oblique muscles of head, incidental thereto to improve the circulation of the blood of the head and to promote the action of the brain, enables a user to make stretching of the entire part of the body, can promote hair growth by improving the circulation of the blood of the scalp and is also helpful for correction of a posture. <P>SOLUTION: The inclined top surface of an air bag 2 expanded by injection of air to a shape formed by laying a triangular prism on its side is formed as a head surface 2a and this bed surface 2a is provided with fixtures 6 for fixing the human ankles.
