PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser which can shorten the time of recovering paper money or the like. SOLUTION: The ball dispenser 2 which has a housing unit 13 for housing currency used for dispensing balls is provided with a support part which supports the housing unit 13 so as to protrude from an opening part formed in a front panel, a drive mechanism 15 which makes the housing unit 13 positioned inside the ball dispenser 2 protrude from the opening part, a protrusion regulation mechanism 16 for regulating the protrusion of the housing unit 13 from the opening part with the drive mechanism 15 and a control part 17 which releases the regulation of the protrusion with the protrusion regulation mechanism 16 when receiving a release signal (sre) sre to start the protrusion of the housing unit 13 from the opening part.
