PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a postforming type panel member with a semi-columnar shaped end part capable of reducing the number of manufacturing processes and which can be manually manufactured without using a device. SOLUTION: A pre-bending element assembly A2 is formed by arranging an end member element assembly 22 having a honeycomb material between a first tabular part 10a and a second tabular part 10b and attaching an exterior package 30. The honeycomb material has a plurality of parallel band like members. The pre-bending element assembly A2 is folded back at a position of the end member element assembly 22, and the first tabular part 10a and the second tabular part 10b are bonded.
