PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush capable of achieving high density of bristles by anchor planting. SOLUTION: Planting holes 2 are provided in a zigzag disposition in a planting base 1, and anchors 3 to fix the bristles 5 are driven to the planting holes 2 at an angle of roughly about 0-90 deg. to the length direction or width direction of the planting base 1 to form a group of high density bristles on the planting base 1.
