PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier natured film having an excellent gas barrier property even at a high humidity so as to exceed 90%RH by using a polyvinyl alcohol based resin as a gas barrier layer. SOLUTION: For a laminate containing a substrate layer comprising a thermoplastic resin film and a gas barrier layer comprising a hydrolysate of a silicon alcoxide, a layer silicate and a polyvinyl alcohol based resin, a radius of gyration (Rg) of a scattering body measured by photo scattering in the gas barrier layer is≤2.4μm and a silicon alcoxide and/or its hydrolysate exist in an interlayer of the layer silicate existing in the gas barrier layer.
