PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine capable of incleasing interest in a game by changing the rotary state of a rotary body thereby enhancing a representation effect. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine is provided with a ball entering port for receiving game balls, the rotary body 37 including one or a plurality of ball receiving parts to hold the balls and receiving the balls coming into the ball entering port through the use of one or the plurality of ball receiving parts, a ball discharge port for discharging the game balls which are held in the ball receiving parts of the rotary body 37 and guided in a prescribed direction, a rotation control means 67 for controlling the rotary operation of the rotary body 37 and rendition means 72, 75 and 77 for performing prescribed rendition for the game. The rotation control means 67 changes the rotary state of the rotary body 37 according to the game state and the rendition means 72, 75 and 77 perform rendition associated with the rotary state of the rotary body 37.
