PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and a device for manufacturing a bottle can by which a bulged part the cross-sectional shape in an arbitrary position in the circumferential direction is uniform is formed in a specified position. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of the bottle can in which a diameter expanding part on which a screw is not formed is left as a bulged part 37 by again expanding the can body at a specified distance from an opening part after once contacting the diameter of the opening part of a blind cylindrical can body and furthermore forming the screw at a certain distance from the opening part, a bulged part 37 is reformed by rolling reforming rollers 47 having a specified outer peripheral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the bulged part 37 after forming the screw.
