METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ROLLER USING CURABLE LIQUID RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the storage stability of a curable resin is not too good when a roller for an electrophotographic apparatus is manufactured by the molding of the curable resin. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the roller for the electrophotographic apparatus comprising a main body part molded using the curable liquid resin and the support shafts for supporting both ends of the main body part, a roller molding mold having the molding space of the main body part therein and equipped with a resin injection port for filling the molding space with the curable liquid resin is prepared, and a storage stability improving agent is added to both of the curable liquid resin containing a catalyst and the curable liquid resin containing a crosslinking agent to store both resins in a container in a separated state. Thereafter, both curable liquid resins are injected in the molding space from the resin injection port while mixed and cured and reacted to mold the main body part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
