<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably transport a work to be machined on a stage in a light beam machining system in which a prescribed machining is performed by transporting the single work on a stage and irradiating the work with the light beam. <P>SOLUTION: A sucking port 19 formed on a stage 12 has a tapered part 19A at least on a transporting side when the work (paper) transported by a belt transportation part 13 to a machining site of the stage 12 is sucked and fixed with a sucking and fixing means 17 via the formed sucking port 19, and then machined by being irradiated with a light beam with a light beam irradiation means 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
