PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone type fine dust catcher which efficiently catches fine powder of such a particle size as to be hardly caught by the conventional cyclone. SOLUTION: This cyclone type fine powder catcher is composed of a cyclone body 2, a fine powder agglomeration part 3 which is disposed on the side part of the cyclone body 2 and a fine powder-containing gas introducing path 4 for introducing the fine powder-containing gas R to the cyclone body 2. Therein, the fine powder agglomeration part 3 is composed of an adsorptive powder charging part 31 which is disposed on the down side of the fine powder- containing gas introducing path 4, a voltage imparting means 32 which is disposed between the fine powder-containing gas introducing path 4 and the adsorptive powder charging part 31, and an ultrasonic wave applying means 33 which is disposed on the upper and lower parts of the fine powder-containing gas introducing path 4 between the adsorptive powder charging part 31 and the cyclone body 2.
