METHOD FOR APPLYING WATER BASED MULTI-COMPONENT COATING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a coating film without applying complicated technique such as a dynamic mixer in the mixing of coating material components though the conventional type multi-component mixing apparatus is used in the application of a coating film containing a water based multi- component coating material.

SOLUTION: This method for applying the water based multi-component coating material is performed by applying a mixture containing at least 2 components and prepared by previously mixing the components selectively with water on a base material using a high speed rotation spray. The high speed rotation spray is operated at 10,000-25,000 m/min spray end peripheral velocity.
