PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an optical resin lens by which flaws generated on the surface of an optical lens made of a resin during molding are suppressed. SOLUTION: In an apparatus 1 for manufacturing the optical resin lens, when a molded article C is taken out from the apparatus 1, it is necessary to release a condition where the surface of the optical lens L is brought into contact with the wall face of a molding part 8 for the optical lens on the first ejector pin 11 and to release the optical lens L from the molding part 8 for the optical lens. Therefore, from a condition where the optical lens L and a runner R are respectively supported by means of the first and second ejector pins 11 and 12, only the first ejector pin 11 is lowered. Therefore, the optical lens L is released along its optical axis while the runner R is held by means of the second ejector pin 12. As the result, rubbing between the surface of the optical lens L and the wall face of the molding part 8 for the optical lens is hardly generated and it is confirmed from various experiments that an abrasion on the surface of the optical lens L is hardly generated. The abrasion generated during molding is especially a problem when miniaturization of the optical lens L is accelerated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
