PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup puff of silicone rubber sponge having proper hardness and favorable cushion performance, and excellent touch to human skin. SOLUTION: This makeup puff comprises sponge obtained by foaming and hardening silicone rubber sponge forming composition containing thermoplastic resin hollow powder by 0.01-30 wt.% and/or water by 0.01-15 wt.%, and having a Williams plasticity number of 50-600 at 25°C.
