PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the degree of difficulty to change in response to the preference or the capability of a user. SOLUTION: A board main body 11, a fulcrum member 12 which is attached to the rear surface of the board main body 11, and spacers 13, 13 and so forth which are fitted on the rear surface of the board main body 11 are assembled. For the board main body 11, the height from a floor surface is adjusted and set by inserting the spacers 13, 13 and so forth between the board main body 11 and the fulcrum member 12, and the maximum tilting angle can be adjusted.
