PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolutionary posture correction appliance which enables a user to obtain an extremely outstanding effect of correcting torsion of the body by carrying out simple action. SOLUTION: This posture correction appliance is provided with a supporting section 3 capable of supporting the back of a body 1 in an approximately horizontal state without laterally inclining the back by movably supporting the back of the body 1 in the upper part of an appliance body 2 capable of movably supporting supinated body, at least the upper half of the body 1. The above mentioned supporting section 3 is formed to have a length in the longitudinal direction of the upper half of the supported body 1 on the body 2 and is provided with a plunge step 4 descending at an acute angle on the lateral side which is the extended outer side in the longitudinal direction of the supporting section 3.
