PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening device which prevents the biting to a space containing a clearance between flange members themselves. SOLUTION: Annular flange members 2, 2 of the end parts of rotors 1, 1 and annular flange members 2', 2' of the end parts of rotors 1', 1' are zigzag arranged in such a manner that the formers are outward arranged and the latters are inward arranged and the flange members 2, 2 are each formed into a diameter slightly smaller than that of each of the flange members 2', 2'. A biting-preventing plate 4 is disposed in such a manner that a clearance is formed above the flange member 2, the clearance is gradually enlarged in the rotating direction of the rotor and the flange member 2' is overlapped in the orthographic projection.
