PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head capable of stable ink filling, an ink jet printer capable of stable imaging, and an ink for ink jet printers capable of stable discharge. SOLUTION: In the ink jet head for the ink jet printer for forming images by discharging liquid ink, a layer formed of polyethylene glycol of a mean molecular weight of 20000 or larger is set at inner holes of ink discharge nozzles of the ink jet head and ink channel planes inside the head.
