PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work clamping device capable of enhancing a machining accuracy, facilitating an adjustment work of flatness and reducing a machining cost. SOLUTION: When a press plate 12 is fixed to a base 14 using a screw 22, a work contact part 12h positioned at an inner end 12f of a movable part 12d and at a peripheral edge of a machine hole 12a is butted to a work 16. Thereby, a peripheral part of the machining part of the work 16 is clamped and fixed between the press plate 12 and the base 14. The force which the work contact part 12h presses the work 16 can be adjusted every at the respective movable parts 12d by adjusting a degree of tightening of the screw 22 and the flatness of the work 16 can be adjusted and set at a high accuracy.
