<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sushi rice feeder for rolled sushi, capable of automatically feeding flatly spread sushi rice for rolled sushi such as California-style one as if it were made by a sushi chef without coming under customer's observation so as to automatically obtain similar sushi rice to that made by the sushi chef. <P>SOLUTION: The sushi rice feeder for rolled sushi comprises a boiled-rice container 1 having an opening 1a arranged at the side of a sushi chef, and a sushi rice feeder body 2 arranged inside the boiled-rice container 1. The sushi rice feeder body 2 comprises a chassis 4 at the upper end of which a hopper 3 is arranged, a sushi rice unstiffening means 5 arranged inside the chassis 4, a roller 6 put side by side with the sushi rice unstiffening means 5, a sushi rice transferring means 11 comprising a belt 7 the predetermined length part of which is exposed from the opening part 1a, and a transferring plate 10 arranged in the belt 7, a mechanism for moving the transferring plate 10 back and forth, a cutting blade 13 for cutting a sushi rice S coming out from the opening part 1a while being spread in lines on the belt 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
