<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical examination report forming system capable of simply displaying a clinical examination report. <P>SOLUTION: When patient data such as the name, age (receiving date, etc.), or the like of a patient is inputted from a keyboard (40) and the image data of the clinical examination result of the specimen sampled from the patient is inputted from a CCD camera, the respective data are registered on a data base (21). These data are displayed on a display (50) according to display layout data (22).
