PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-constitution shock motion device capable of adjusting a driving force by a judgement of an operator according to hardness of a material to be crushed. SOLUTION: A gas chamber 6 enhancing the inside gas pressure by the raising of a piston 2 is divided into an upper part gas chamber 6a and a lower part gas chamber 6b, a check valve 15 is assembled in one of two communication passages 14a and 14b communicating the both chambers 6a and 6b, and a variable throttle 16 is provided in the other. When lowering of the piston 2, the gas in the upper gas chamber 6a is made to flow into the lower gas chamber 6b, and the flow rate is adjusted by the throttling amount of the variable throttle 16 so as to adjust the driving force.
