PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine air bubble feeder capable of efficiently feeding only fine air bubbles B2. SOLUTION: The fine air bubble feeder comprises an air bubble generation tank 2 having a discharge port 21 opened to the lower part thereof, an impeller part 3 constituted by allowing stirring fins 33 and the outside of the air bubble generation tank 2 to communicate with each other by an air passing cylinder 32 and capable of generating air bubbles containing fine air bubbles B2 by the air supplied from the outside of the air bubble generation tank 2 through the air passing cylinder 32 by rotating the stirring fins 33 in polluted water, a turbine 4 for generating water streams by rotating the disc which is provided on the same axis as the rotary shaft of the impeller part 3 under the impeller part 3 and has a plurality of blades 42 fixed to the undersurface thereof, the flow distribution cylinder 5 provided under the turbine 4 and formed into a cylindrical shape having a lower end opening forming the water feed port 52 to the air bubble generation tank 2 and the air bubble guide plate 6 comprising a plate-shaped body and spirally fixed to the inside surface of the air bubble generation tank 2.
