<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining head of a laser beam machining device which can reduce the energy loss of laser beams therein. <P>SOLUTION: An upper and a lower rotating supporting cylinders 16 and 26 are mounted on a Z-axis supporting body 14 so that the cylinders reciprocally turnable around a vertical axis line 01. A collimator 30 is rotatably housed in the bottom end part of the lower rotating supporting cylinder 26, the collimator 30 is mounted on the side of the Z-axis supporting body with a fixing member 33. A mirror holder housing case 41 which houses a mirror holder 42a of a first reflection mirror 42 is detachably provided at the bottom end part of the lower rotating support cylinder 26. A machining nozzle 43 is mounted reciprocally movably while tilting around a horizontal axis line 02 on the mirror holder housing case 41. The machining head is miniaturized, the optical path between the collimator 30 and a condenser lens 52 is made short, thus the energy loss of the laser light is decreased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
