PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fixing mechanism for a fitting 100 in regard to a spindle 90 and prevent looseness in adherence between a tapered part 102 of the spindle and a tapered hole 108 of the fitting even when the spindle is rotated without rotating the spindle and refastening a fixing nut 122 or by rotating the spindle and refastening the fixing nut only a few times at the maximum. SOLUTION: A spring member 124 formed from metal having a spring characteristic is interposed between the fitting and the fixing nut, and force forcing the fitting backward is applied to the fitting from the fixing nut via the spring member.
