PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the overlapping of the peaks of engine vibration and tire vibration and to prevent resonance and the occurrence of noise and vibration transmitted to the inside of a car. SOLUTION: By combining large segment 1-4 and small segments 5-8 made of a rigid material, the segments as a whole are shaped to be cylindrical. Anglesα1-α8 between both line segments connecting respective end edges in the circumferential direction to the center of a core at the peripheral edges of the respective segments 1-82 are made different from each other in all the segments.
