PURPOSE: An active matrix organic electroluminescence device is provided to be capable of securing a device stability and improving a lifespan and a screen quality. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is formed over an insulating substrate(100), and the first protection layer(180) covers the thin film transistor. The first electrode(190) is formed over the first protection layer, and is connected to the thin film transistor. The second protection layer(200) is formed over the first electrode. The third protection layer(210) is formed over the second protection layer and has a bank(212) for exposing the second protection layer and the first electrode. An organic emission layer(220) is formed on the bank, and the second electrode(230) is formed over the organic emission layer.
