PURPOSE: A driving circuit of an organic electro-luminescence device is provided to reduce the power consumption by supplying only necessary operating voltages to each pixel. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit includes gate scan lines of n rows, data lines of m columns, R, G, and B pixels, an organic luminant element(30), a switching portion, a driving portion, supply voltage lines of m number, and a common electrode. The R, G, and B pixels are formed at intersections between the gate scan lines and the data lines. The organic luminant element is used for generating the light of R, G, and B colors by the electric field. The switching portion switches the image information applied from the data lines by scan signals applied from the gate scan lines. The driving portion applies the electric field to the organic luminant element according to the image information. The supply voltage lines supply different supply voltages to the driving portions of each pixel. The common electrode is used for supplying the common voltage to a cathode of the organic luminant element.
