PURPOSE: Provided are carbon products, especially kitchen utensils(roast pans, pots), having no sticking, homogeneous heating and deodorization by using charcoal mixture and pyroligneous liquid. CONSTITUTION: The carbon products are manufactured by the following steps of: (S100) grinding fine charcoal fired over 1100deg.C to powder; (S110) mixing charcoal mixture containing fine charcoal powder, volatile power and ash in a weight ratio of 98.23:0.88:0.98, with 4-6wt.% of pyroligneous liquid; (S120) grinding the mixture to powder finer than that of step (S100); (S130) forming to pots, roast pans, etc.; (S140) aging compacts by heating at 1150-1250deg.C and cooling 3-4times; (S150) reheating to 3000deg.C through 90-110hrs and (S160) cooling naturally; (S170) smoothing by heating the surface of compacts; (S180) coating three times by spraying a liquid comprising 40-60wt.% of charcoal, 40-60wt.% of liquid teflon fluoride resin, and heating at 200-420deg.C for 20-40min and cooling.
