OPTIMIZING PICTURE OF DOS ENVIRONMENT IN LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY MODULE

PURPOSE: A method for optimizing a picture of a DOS(Disk Operating System) environment in a liquid crystal display module is provided to realize a picture corresponding to resolution of a liquid crystal display in a DOS mode or a game mode. CONSTITUTION: A timing controller(13) converts a display data related signal inputted from a system interface unit to be used for a data driving circuit(14) and a gate driving circuit. The data driving circuit converts an input digital video signal into an analog signal to be appropriate for driving pixels of a liquid crystal panel, and provides the converted signal to the liquid crystal panel. A scaler chip(61) is added between the timing controller and the data driving circuit for expanding a picture. The scaler chip transmits data and control signals received from the timing controller to the data driving circuit for displaying the signals on a liquid crystal screen corresponding to resolution of a liquid crystal display module.
