PURPOSE: A system for supplying a medical treatment service using the Internet and a method thereof are provided to consult with a patient about a medical treatment and to treat the patient in a remote place easily. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(120) includes a digital camera for an image medical examination and treatment consultation through the Internet(150). A doctor terminal(130) executes an image medical examination and treatment consultation through the Internet(150). An operator web server(110) relays the image medical examination and treatment consultation between the user terminal(120) and the doctor terminal(130). A member database(15) stores information with respect to members. A doctor database(16) stores information with respect to a plurality of doctors for supplying a medical treatment service. A sightseeing database(17) stores information with respect to a plurality of tourist agencies. The operator web server(110) transmits medical treatment or sightseeing service selection and consultation information of a user through the user terminal(120) to the doctor terminal(130) or the tourist agency. The operator web server(110) transmits a response with respect to corresponding consultation information being transmitted from the doctor terminal(130) to the corresponding user terminal(120).
