PURPOSE: A control panel assembly of a projection television is provided to control a projector through the front side of the projection television. CONSTITUTION: A control panel assembly of a projection television includes a screen(1), an upper cabinet(5) for supporting the screen, a lower cabinet(10) formed under the upper cabinet, an upper back cover(20) that is placed behind the upper cabinet to protect the inside of the cabinet and has a mirror to reflect an image formed by a projector, and a lower back cover(25) formed beneath the upper back cover. The control panel assembly further includes a support(30) formed inside the lower cabinet, a control panel(45) formed in front of the support to be connected to a circuit board set at the support to operate the projection television, and a front panel(15) placed in front of the control panel. The projector is fixed to the support.
