Process for production of orthopedic plaster cast bandage, which uses for immobilization in orthopedics, from basic raw material CaSO4 1/2H2O. different kinds and origin, with copolimer vinylacetate with vinyl ester of versatic acid and ester acrylic acid + butyl diglicol acetate or terpolymer vinyl clorid/ethylene/vinyl lauryl with polyvinylalcohol as a means for binding, with ethyl alcohol as a solvent, and sodium cloride as a means which accelerates water spotting, gives completed product.Completed product, received in this process presents these four components which must be mixed, brought then impregnated on cotton gouze. Then after that it will be folded in rolls and cut.Way of use is next: after short diping (20s) in cold or warm water straining surplus of water. product will unit with water and become strong wery quickly. It immobilizes parts of body which it is put on. |
