PURPOSE: A method and system for estimate and transaction in real time is provided to execute a transaction between a seller and a buyer actively through an electronic commerce by executing an automatic estimate request in real time and securing a transparency of a transaction price of an equipment material. CONSTITUTION: A buyer(100) reads a basic member convention and a special member convention for a real time estimate and clicks an approval button. The buyer(100) connects to a main server which is a real rime estimate system(101). The buyer(100) prepares and inputs a written estimate request, and transmits the written estimate request to a server of a material supply company(102). The buyer(100) reads a necessary catalogue from a database in an electronic catalogue system interlocked with a B2B server on the real rime estimate system(101), selects the number of equipment materials, a storage date, a payment condition, and so on, and requests an estimate to the main server. The buyer(100) inputs a real transaction price of the requested materials. The material supply company(102) checks the inputted estimate request information, and checks additional information, and inputs the appointed date of delivery, a delivery area, and a delivery method to a server. The material supply company(102) outputs contents with respect to the estimate result through a printer.
