PURPOSE: An automatic tool changer of a machining center is provided to change the tool of a tool magazine to a main shaft of the machining center promptly and accurately by installing a tool boy, and to improve working efficiency by reducing time for changing the tool. CONSTITUTION: An automatic tool changer comprises a tool magazine installed in a sprocket and turned horizontally to the ground; a first tool change part having first and second change arms turned symmetrically with a change arm shaft to exchange a tool between the tool magazine and a main shaft(40); and a second tool change part(30) having the tool selected by the tool magazine and a tool boy exchanging the tool of the main shaft moving to the first tool changer part. The tool boy has a tool port rotating for installing the tool of a tool gripper to the main shaft and transferring the tool from the main shaft to the tool gripper, and first and second legs(31c,31d) connected by a bracket(31b) to turn the tool port around a guide shaft(33).
