METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STAMPER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a stamper is provided to increase a flat surface of lands/grooves of a disk by leveling lands/grooves of the stamper, thereby improving characteristics of the recording film disk. CONSTITUTION: A photoresist is applied on a flat glass. The photoresist is exposed by an optical laser through a lithography. The exposed area is patterned in land/groove form through a developing process, and a thick nickel plate is formed in a front surface. The nickel plate is detached from the substrate for manufacturing a stamper(30). The stamper is coated with a protective layer before putting on a magnet plate(70). Round or triangular pyramid type lands are levelly formed as much as a predetermined area by pressing the stamper with a mirror surface of a press mold(50).
