PURPOSE: A superposing device for extrusion-molding a synthetic resin film is provided to increase productivity without expanding equipment scale and to cut down the cost and improve quality by securing the precision and safety of operations. CONSTITUTION: A superposing device for extrusion-molding a synthetic resin film is composed of a plurality of transfer rollers(20) having a shaft which is perpendicular to a processing direction of the extruded film and transferring the film; a dividing vane(31) installed in the center of the transferred film to divide the center of the film; and a pair of parallel superposing rods(10) having a plurality of injection holes(11) at an outer peripheral surface and the superposing rods connected with air transferring tubes(12) for supplying compressed air and inclined against the transfer rollers on a parallel surface with the film. In addition, one of divided films runs on a pair of superposing rods in order.
