PURPOSE: A device for preventing the loss of a carried article is provided to reduce a number of parts and simplify the structure by integrally forming a winding trigger portion with a housing and allow the winding trigger portion to operate stably even in a narrow space. CONSTITUTION: The device(100) comprises: a housing(111) which is comprised of an upper cover(112) and a lower cover(112') coupled to the upper cover; a winding wheel which applies a force of winding a connecting twine(124) by a main spring; a winding stopping portion; a winding trigger portion(113) which releases the winding stopping operation of the winding stopping portion; a carried article fixing portion(125) which fixes a carried article(158); and an attachment portion(118) which fixes the housing(111) on a fixed article.
