VOICE RECOGNITION PRONOUNCING DICTIONARY CONSTRUCTING SYSTEM IN INTELLIGENT NETWORK SERVICE AND SERVICE PROVIDING METHOD

PURPOSE: A voice recognition pronouncing dictionary constructing system in an intelligent network service and its service providing method are provided to automatically generate, update and delete a voice recognition pronouncing dictionary according to a service. CONSTITUTION: A service management system(100) manages service data and automatically constructs and manages a voice recognition intelligent network service pronouncing dictionary. A service control system(200) executes a service logic by referring to data inputted and managed through the service management system(100). A CCSN(Common Channel Signaling Network)(300) connected to the service control system(200) transfers signal information for a service control. A service switching system(400) connected to the CCSN(300) executes a command received from the service control system(100) and reports a command performance result as necessary. A local exchange(500) connected to the service switching system(400) transfers an originating call and a termination call. A service user terminal(600) connected to the local exchange(500) and receives a service. An intelligent information providing system(600) connected to the service switching system(400) and the service control system(200) through the CCSN(300) performs a user interface such as sending a voice announcement, digit collection, voice collection and voice recognition, and automatically constructs and manages a voice recognition pronouncing dictionary through the service management system(100).
