METHOD FOR RELEASING MOBILE INTERNET PROTOCOL SUBSCRIBER

PURPOSE: A method for releasing a mobile Internet protocol subscriber is provided to reduce packet transmission by not transmitting data to a mobile terminal when there is no subscriber information after searching a domain name server from the opposite node. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(100) transmits a signal requesting a mobile IP connection release to a serving node(130)(400). The serving node(130) transmits a signal in response to the signal requesting the mobile IP connection release to the mobile terminal(100)(410). The serving node(130) transmits a connection release request signal to a home agent(140)(420). The home agent(140) transmits an acknowledgement signal regarding whether information on the mobile terminal(100) is in a domain name server(150)(430). The domain name server(150) transmits a response signal informing that it has the information on the mobile terminal(100) to the home agent(140)(440). The home agent(140) transmits a signal requesting deletion of the information on the mobile terminal(100) to the domain name server(150)(450). The domain name server(150) deletes the information on the mobile terminal(100), and transfers a deletion response signal to the home agent(140)(460). The home agent(140) transmits a response signal informing that a connection effective time has become zero and the information on the mobile terminal(100) has been successfully deleted to the serving node(130)(470).
