PURPOSE: Provided is a recycled correction tape having a case useable semi-permanently to solve waste problem of resource by securely arranging components such as tip and tape body to protect the tip against removing or the tape to be loosen. CONSTITUTION: The tape comprises generally a semi-permanent case(101) and a tape body(121). The case has an entry(102), an in/out hole(103), a tip(144) popping in and out the hole(103) with a fixture therefor and a guide for the tape body(121). The tape also has a cover(111) to open/close the entry(102) together with its opening/closing part, a rotational wheel(141) pressed into an axis of a winding gear(142) to tightly wind the tape, a hole(126) for receiving a finger of user at one side of the tape body(121) to turn on the wheel(141). Additionally, in order to attach a sliding-resistant part on a plane equal to surface of the case(101), a groove(105) for receiving the part is provided at upper side of the case.
