PURPOSE: A low voltage detector is provided to exactly detect the low voltage without depending on the changes of the temperature, the process and the voltage. CONSTITUTION: A low voltage detector includes a first flash memory cell(M21), a second flash memory cell(M22), a comparator(21), a first inverter(I21) and a second inverter(I22). In the low voltage detector, the firs flash memory cell(M21) maintains the voltage of the first node with a predetermined voltage by driving in response to the ground voltage and the second flash memory cell(M22) controls the voltage of the second node by driving in response to the power voltage. And, the comparator(21) compares the voltage of the first node with the voltage of the second node.
